As part of DC Climate Week 2025, BlackOak Collective is proud to facilitate a Career Pathways in Climate and Sustainability panel designed to spotlight diverse voices and equip early-career professionals with insights into navigating the sector. The panel will be moderated by BlackOak member J.K. Phenix and feature four outstanding mid-career climate professionals who have dominated the Green Jobs space, including Jasmine Gil, Associate Senior Director of Think 100% for the Hip Hop Caucus.
